Q: How is the cookie dough safe?

A: The cookie dough really is safe to eat! We used a pasteurized egg product. The heating process kills any harmful bacteria. The flour is also heat treated and ready-to-eat. You can eat all of our products unbaked.

Q: Will you have flavors for dietary restrictions, like gluten-free and vegan options?

A: Yes! We will have two flavors that are both gluten-free and vegan-friendly.

Q: Do you deliver?

A: We are looking into that for our future. We can't think of a better thing than cookie dough on your doorstep!

Q: Do you bake cookies there?

A: We rotate which cookies we bake in store. We are confident you'll find something you love, everytime.  

Q: How long will by dough last?

A: We recommend you use the dough within three months if kept in the freezer. If you refrigerate it, we recommend that you consume it within a week. 

Q: Do your products contain nuts?

A: Please ask a Crave member for more information, Our dough does not contain nuts but there are a few that do, we don't want you to get mixed up, we'd love to help!
